The sign up night for this year's season will be on Monday April 19th starting at 5:00 at RiverEdge. A $10.00 registration fee and payment for the first 4 weeks is due on this night. In order to receive your membership card for the first golf game, you will need to pay by the 19. If you would like to golf on this night, call the proshop to book a tee time.
Cost
Membership cards, are good for four league rounds at a cost of $80.95 per card plus applicable taxes.
When a card has been fully used, additional cards can be purchased thereafter. This will continue until the end of the season.
These cards will be scanned each Monday when the member is signing in at the proshop.
Booking a tee time
It is the assumption of the league that you will be playing every Monday evening & RiverEdge will be setting sufficient tee times aside for the league for the season. ( holidays excepted)
Should you be unavailable to play on a given week, you must notify the league convener of your intended absence by e-mail or telephone by Thursday 3:00 P.M. prior to the Monday league night in question.
If a member has an interest in specific tee times, such interest should be conveyed to the convener who will attempt to accommodate such requests.
Tee times for each member will then be e-mailed no later than Saturday for the subsequent Monday.
It is expected that all members will adhere to the tee times that have been given to them unless changed by the league convener.
No show Policy
If you do not show up for a scheduled tee time and have not provided notification of your absence as outlined above, you will be treated as if you have played and lose a round credit. (Subject only to extenuating circumstances will your card not be punched; i.e.: family death, car accident.)
Rain Policy
The league will operate rain or shine. If River Edge must close due to inclement weather and you are on the course, all golfers present will receive a rain check round of golf.
Year End Tournament
A year-ending 9-hole tournament will be held on Monday September 13th. Details, including cost of this event will be announced by June 1st.
“Toonie Tourney”
Each week there will be an optional “Toonie Tourney” available for member participation, with details posted with each week’s tee time schedule. The prizes will be given out during the post golf gathering.

Camaraderie
The league will have its own seating area either on the patio or in the club house for gathering as a group after their round of golf.
